Personal Experience And The Wider Society

As a Life coach I very often have to use a different kind of reflection when speaking to people about complex issues. I recognize two fundamental differences firstly about myself. The first is my own personal experience, and the second is the experience of myself in relation to the wider parts of society. I think it is key for me to really try and separate the two as I find that there are two separate kinds of answers.

To create changes with absolute certainty, I believe firstly that you have to establish feelings within yourself, kind of like things have already happened. And then, what are the conditions we all desire? Then recognizing these conditions are already a part of your life and you just need to turn on the buttons. Believing in yourself requires you to be in tune with your emotional state, as the ways in which you feel have the greatest affects in terms of what happens to you.

If we learn to master our own experience, we can have a significant role to play in changing all of society. I believe deep down we really all want the same things in terms of being balanced. When I see negative things occur in society it is part of my personal experience too. It is a call out for help and a cry for balance and peace.

Enjoy your Sunday!

  1. Thank You Jay. I look forward to your inspirational thoughts and comments. I’ am a retired social worker . When I retired I bought a retired female dog after having 21 pups. She reminds me daily that living in balance is one of life’s rewards. Judi

    • I love this! Some of the most incredible dogs that I have known in my life are mommy dogs. There is just something different about them. I think being a parent myself has changed me. When I look at my children it makes my heart feel relaxed. I believe there are kinds of intrinsic connections we share with dogs in many emotional ways. Thank you for your heart felt comments! I love to write from my heart also!

      Enjoy your Sunday Judi!

      Kind regards,

      Jay
